All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is non-refundable.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
If approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at our sole discretion.
Claims submitted beyond 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen display
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
